    Where did you get that screen capture? If you have the source for the form it would probably be easier to base your form off that, than attempt to piece together this layout.

    To make this work I think the Container holding the FieldContainers need to be set with Layout="VBoxLayout", not "HBoxLayout". Then you'll need to adjust the other items as you go.

    i also tried with vboxlayout but without success i dont have the source code, but the full sample system can found here.

    x-box-layout-ct. whats kind of layout type is that?? All this part begins here.

    Maybe the following samples can help:

    As well, maybe make your first attempt without adding that Image spanning multiple rows. That should help simplify the layout, they once you have it working you can revise after to include the image.
