GetCmp() doesn't work well with a FileUploadField. Please take a look:

Also you should use the "ispload: true" setting.
And you might need to set up an id for the form explicitly to get the Window rendered into the form.Ext.net.DirectMethods.ImportarKML({ isUpload: true });
