Hi,

I just tried to create a blank web project with the latest 2.1 Nuget package. While I got the same error as the one listed in the thread, the various binding corrections suggested here didn't work for me... I still get the same error.

Any suggestions?

Scrap that - I am being dumb; I too noticed the XML it created didn't seem correct for the <depenentAssembly> and I thought I fixed it but realized there was still an error in my web.config. The suggested fix does work, so thanks for that.
