I want to Delete Colon of TextField!!!!or exchage position of FieldLabel with TextField.

you need to set HideLabel="true" for TextField

If you're using the FormLayout object you can use the LabeSeparator property, set it to an empty string - otherwise set the LabelSeparator property on each TextField individually
