SQLDataSource examples

I am having issues figuring out how to add/update/delete using a SQLDataSource to an sql server. If the below examples could have equivalent SQLDataSource examples, that would be great.

I would also like to see more SQL Server examples with CRUD functions. Especially relating to using the Store and Model to update the tables. I've run into problems doing this when an auto-increment field is present in the table.
