    [CLOSED] GridPanel Column Name Wrap Text

    Hi,

    Does exist a way to wrap the text of a COLUMN NAME of a GridPanel according to the Width of the column ?
    I mean the text of the property Text of the column, not the content of the col. field

    <ext:Column ID="Column1" runat="server" Text="This is a very  long name for this column field" Width="200" DataIndex="myCol"  />
    Thanks

    Hello!

    If you want to wrap the text inside column with some HTML tag like DIV you can just use HTML tags inside Text attribute.

    If you want to use kind of multi-line header look at this example:

    <%@ Page Language="C#" %>

    <%@ Register Assembly="Ext.Net" Namespace="Ext.Net" TagPrefix="ext" %>

    <script runat="server">
        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            if (!X.IsAjaxRequest)
            {
                this.Store1.DataSource = this.Data;
                this.Store1.DataBind();
            }
        }

        private object[] Data
        {
            get
            {
                return new object[]
                {
                    new object[] { "3m Co", 71.72, 0.02, 0.03, "9/1 12:00am" },
