Hi, I have the same issue as posted here for V1:

However, I am using V2 and the method does not seem to exist. What is the solution for V2?

You don't need to register trigger icons, TriggerField automatically registers required icon css rules

Hi, it looks like I had a conflict or some other issue with the resource handler. I upgraded to the latest code in the 2.1 branch and stripped back my web.config and it started to work, so please close this thread.
