[CLOSED] Grid - Toolbar/Columnar Alignment

Sorry for the strange title. I wasn't quite sure how to lable this one.

I have a grid that has a requirment to have columnar-level updates. With that, the requirement mock-up shows command/toolbar buttons to be in alignment with the corresponding buttons at the footer of the grid. Without setting exact widths for the columns and toolbars, is there a way to align the commands in the footer to the columns in the grid?

I am not sure that I understand the requirement well. Maybe, this example can help.

The TextFields are in the bottom dock and aligned under theirs columns. You could do the same with the Buttons.

If I misunderstood the requirement, please post some mockup/scheme.
