Do you have any MVC templates or examples of best-practice templates to align with your controls? For example, I would like to have a generic template for Date or DateTime to always use your caledar picker or have a numeric type always use your number field, etc.

Ext.Net v2 supports Editor and Display MVC Templates
Update from SVN (http://svn.ext.net/premium/branches/2.1), you will see new Ext.Net.MVC.Examples project
It contains MVC examples, there are not much samples yet, we are adding samples yet
