Ext.net with asp.net or MVC3 ?

I need to create an online application, say like Northwind. However, I would like to know that whether Ext.net works good with ASP.net or with MVC3 ?

It might be possible that the application will be having lots of users.

Please suggest.

Also, from where I can have the examples of Ext.net for MVC3 ??
