Please help me to create a menu and the menu items needs to take from sql table column values

I am new with Ext.NET1.5 Controls in My Application..I want Dynamic menu ,I have tried to get out some code its not showing Menu and Menu Item. the menu items need to take from sql table column values



Please find the attached hotcodes menu , and help me regarding this
