    By default, all Ext.NET and ExtJS scripts are minified and gzipped.

    separed UX and locales can be minified? Can I do it by myself before compile Ext.net Dll?

    Yes, of course, you can minify it manually (if it is required) before Ext.Net build
    By the way, Ext.Net resource handler zips scripts and set cache directive to response therefore effect from small files minifing will be minimal
