Not yet. We're a little behind with the MVC samples.

We'll make this is priority to re-build the MVC/Northwind sample using Ext.NET 2.0. Shouldn't take too long.

A new MVC Examples Explorer is available in SVN, but requires Ext.NET v2.1. The MVC Examples Explorer will be publicly released with v2.1 (no official release date yet, but should be on or before 1-Nov-2012).

Will it support MVC4 and razor?

Currently it uses MVC 3 but can works with MVC 4
Do you know any specific MVC 4 features which must be supported by Ext.Net?

And yes, Ext.Net supports Razor (also supports, Razor layouts, data annotations, model binding and etc)

Yes. Ext.NET 2.0 supports Razor, and the next release (2.1) further builds upon that support.
