Windows resize when load ResourceManager
Hello,
I tried to create a new project type in Visual Studio Web Forms and import libraries Ext.Net.
If I add the ResourceManager in the Default.aspx page when the application starts, the window "resize" very quickly, as if it loaded 2 different css.
Is there a way to make sure this does not happen?
