[FIXED] [#91] ColumnHeaderGroup HiddenColumns

Tested the sample code from above against the latest trunk. The children are now hidden if the parent column is hidden, but when it is shown for the first time the layout is incorrect. This was tested in Chrome and IE.

An odd occurrence on IE9,IE8, IE7 is that after the window is displayed and I click on the column header the browser disappears to the back of all other system windows.

It is the same issue.

Try to add any second tab in IE, the issue disappears.

Finally in IE7 when the Column Header Group is not displayed the column seperator is very thick between the data. When the Column Header Group is shown the drop down menu arrow shows with an extra thick border on top and the columns and data do not line up exactly.

Hello!

The last missing bit in issue #91 was corresponding to IE7, which is no longer a supported browser for ExtJS, thus Ext.NET. Then, having the other two issues fixed, nothing's left of this one.

Furthermore, the test case provided works fine in current Ext.NET, 4.4.0, so there should not be more problems. Please let us know if this issue with the not hidden grouped columns still triggers in some different scenario.
