Forums doesn't support unicode character

Hi forum mod and admin,
some unicode text can not be display correctly i.e. visitor message or username. Pls fix it.

This is a priority for us to convert the forums to UTF-8, although we have to wait a bit.

The forum software is vBulletin, and at the moment there is not a native/included solution for converting to UTF-8. Once a solution is provided (which seems like it's in the works) we will be able to upgrade the forum software.
