[CLOSED] TextArea Double Quotes?

Appears to break:

        <ExtJS:ScriptManager runat="server" StateProvider="PostBack" Theme="Gray" />
        <ExtJS:TextArea ID="txtDemo" runat="server" Width="400" Height="100" />
        <ExtJS:Button ID="btnDemo" runat="server" Text="Demo" />

Use Hello World and click "Demo" - works
Use "Hello World and click "Demo" - failed
