Disabling "Group By This Field" menu

Hi All,

I tried to implement GroupingSummary Plugin and successfully applied to my project. In the column headers of the grid, I wanted to disable or to remove the "Group By This Field" menu but I could not find any reference on how to do it. I already tried to disable the "Groupable" property in ext:column and it works... but the problem is the "Show in Groups" menu was also disable when trying to disable the Groupable.

Is there a way to disable the "Group By This Field" menu only?
