Sorry about the delay. Thanks for reporting this--you weren't the only one. It's a bug and you'll be happy to know it's fixed! It's actually an issue with Internet Explorer, which is why you were seeing the mysterious behavior of it working/not working across all versions of Visual Studio. It was broken in Internet Explorer 9 but is fixed in Internet Explorer 10. If you are running Windows 8, IE10 comes with it. For Windows 7 you can download it and install it.

Please clarify are you going to make a patch for IE9 which we could get with the Windows 7 common update?
Just I am not in rush to switch to either Windows 8 or IE 10:)
