    [CLOSED] Gropingview with locked columns almost working

    Hello

    Starting with your locked column grid example, I try to play with grouping view. The good new is that it almost works. See the code below :

    <%@ Page Language="C#" %>

    <%@ Register Assembly="Ext.Net" Namespace="Ext.Net" TagPrefix="ext" %>

    <script runat="server">
        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            if (!X.IsAjaxRequest)
            {
                this.Store1.DataSource = new object[]
                {
                    new object[] { "3m Co", 71.72, 0.02, 0.03, "9/1 12:00am" },
                    new object[] { "Alcoa Inc", 29.01, 0.42, 1.47, "9/1 12:00am" },

    The bad thing is that colpased works only on locked columns and not on the others. Will it be very difficult to make it works?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it won't work.
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?189663

    Here is some interesting thread.
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?143568

    But, personally, I would not try to get it working.

    Arf.. Too bad, I saw a plugin on Ext.js that manage this behaviour, but as I work with Ext.NET, I have no try to use it.

    By the way, I think I will abandon grouping feature to manage data in an other way, so, at this moment, I will locked my columns.

    Thanks to answer.

    What is the plugin?

    Generally, I've tried many ExtJS plugins with Ext.NET with success, but not all.

    I thought I have found it in the addon parts of Sencha site when looking for adding title in charts, but in fact no, I think now, that I have dreamed that exists. Sorry.
