    Create new window dynamically on button click from another window

    hi,
    i m using desktop control in ext.net(version 1.3). I m creating a window within desktop dynamically which shows form and in that window button(Report) click event, i want to create another window to display crystal report. How can I do this???

    plz, help me..

    Hi you can create aspx for the report and load the new window and use a iframe

          
var win = new Window
                {
                    ID = "wndInv",
                    Width = Unit.Pixel(800),
                    Height = Unit.Pixel(550),
                    Modal = true,
                    Collapsible = false,
                    Maximizable = false,
                };

                win.AutoLoad.Url = "Report.aspx";

    thanks a lot, it's work fine. will u plz help for one more issue.

    I am using ext.net (version 1.3) desktop control, but have one issue while using this control. When I Create dynamic window, its generates two windows at a time.
    At the time of closing, it closes only one window and second window remains on taskbar and it wouldn't close.

    i doesn't understood, what should i do now?? will u plz suggest me something...???

    I had same problem and it was solved. Now I need to show second window outside the parent window.
    For example, imagine I have a desktop with several shortcut, after clicking on a shortcut I will have a new window (with name of Window1)(with one aspx page on it), that its parent is desktop. By now every things are OK. Now I want after clicking on a button inside the window1 a new window generate and parent of this new window is desktop and window2 is outside of window1.

    Please help me. I tried so much but I can't solve this problem.
