How To Use MVC 3 And EXT.NET Components

Hello, my English is not well, so sorry for it.
I dont understand, how I can use EXT.NET components in my MVC 3 application. Please help me, maybe some link, or short describe.
And I have one more question - can I use EXT.NET in Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Beta with MVC 4?
