    Dear Mr. Validimir,

Do you think that this is the documentation that you have mentioned. http://docs.ext.net/. This is not documentation where are the example codes and usage information? please try to provide the proper documentation. I think if the ext team works like this people will never use this tool in future.

The current state of documentation, tutorials and other learning guides for Ext.NET is obviously a problem.

At the moment, the best source of learning resources is a combination of:

    1. Examples Explorer (https://examples2.ext.net/)
    2. Book: Ext.NET Web Application Development
    3. Sencha ExtJS docs (http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/docs/)
    4. Ext.NET Community Forums (http://forums.ext.net/)

There are plans in place to improve the documentation, tutorials and other learning materials, which you should start seeing some new options soon.

Agreed, Ext.NET is a tools that needs a real documentation (and not the documentation like 1.x version witch simply list porperties and methods of objects and said nothing about the functionality), and explanation of "how to" with a lot of examples including all the possibilities we have, listing all options of all function with example on each one and what it does and this on code behind and apsx page.

I know it is very difficult to have such a documentation (I made myself doc on my software) but it is a real needs and a proffesionnal need too.

If compared to the .NET Framework the documentation for Ext.NET is not that bad.

Obviously it is a very steep learning curve and full production can't be reached within a limited timespan, it took me a couple of months just to be able to scratch the surface.
While learning the ins and outs of Ext.NET you also need to dig into Sencha/ExtJS and advanced javascript usage

Nice and thorough documentation for Ext.NET is really only the top of the iceberg :-)

The documentation sure is a joke.

It looks like a child has auto-generated some and then written a little here and there.
