Viewport: panel expand on collapsed bar click, same as expand icon click...

I have a viewport with regions(North,South,East,West & Center), made Collapsible true for East & West region and it is working well.
Now i need to expand these regions on click of collapsed bar(Panel-xcollapsed) same as click on the expand icon(">>") click.

It would be great if anyone can help me on this. :)
