Row and Column Span in Grid Panel

Hi Is it possible to create a Row and Column Span in Grid Panel ? , if not is there is an any other similar control which can be used to create a customized table ?

I have used Ext.net TableView but it does not match my requirement ( im required to dynamically bind data from the source )
