When can I purchase the 2.x license?
I'd like to use 2.x in a project, but rather purchase the 2.x license to get a free upgrade to 3.x than buy the 1.3 license now...

Well, when it will be finally released. I mean not beta or RC.

Really, I don't think it will be soon, unlikely less than 1.5 - 2 years.

Also, maybe this info might help:

If you purchased an Ext.NET Pro v1.x License, you also receive a free upgrade to all v2.x releases. A future upgrade from v2.x to v3.x would require an upgrade fee (40% discount off regular price).

Any idea when will be updated Community version on SVN ? The existing version (from march) has too many problems.

The Ext.NET 2.0 beta release is currently available from NuGet and SVN.
