Ext.net with MVC and Virtual Path

Good Morning.

All my proyect it's working good with VS 2010 (Framework 4.0).

When I run into the Visual Studio with virtual server all runs ok from url http://localhost

But when I publish the site and run from ISS http://localhots:80/srt40/ they only found the first web page but, the other don't found /srt40 directory

I'm tryin to define a Virtual Path in developer mode, but happend the same problem that when I run in ISS.

Don't understand why this happend?
