I have a little information to add to this thread/conversation.

It appears the SuperboxSelect UX is soon to be professionally supported as a new developer has taken over the project. The current version linked to in this thread is a little old, and I suspect is not supported in ExtJS 4.x either.

I'm not aware of a time-frame for the next SuperboxSelect release, but I've been told it is in the works.

Obviously this doesn't help right now with the current demand, but it is coming.

Thanks Geoffrey, I had no idea a pro version was in the works. I've also found http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...elect-ComboBox which is an extjs4 version of the SuperBoxSelect, or at least, inspired by it.

I doubt it'll work with our version but it may be an option once ext.net v2.0 is out :P
