SQLDataSource Examples

I posted this awhile back, but wanted to see if there might be some time now to add a couple of more SQLDataSource examples to the examples explorer? It would really helpful to me to see some examples around forms. If the below examples could have equivalent SQLDataSource examples, that would be very helpful.

There are no differences in the structure for buttons on the form/gridpanel/etc between the existing examples and an example with SQLDataSource so they will probably not use their time on this. Or at least not until v2 has been released and a few, minor bug-fix versions have occured.
