Ext.Net is Running Too Slow
Hi...

I am doing Project On File Management using Ext.net...

Software Configuration Which I am using is following...
Visual Studio 2008(Frame Work 3.5)
SQL Server 2005
& Database Connectivity using LINQ

I am running my project on Firefox 6.0.2

But it will run too slow..
How can i increase speed any 1 plzz help me

Not clear. You meant Ext.Net controls loading time seems too much in your project? Are you using Ext controls extensively in your project or using some of the Ext.Net controls as replacement of asp controls? Usually Ext.Net controls takes some initial loading time (for the first time while loading it's referenced library/js), but I haven't yet found that time too profound to specify. May be you need to optimize your initial data load for pages, if it's fetching a large amount of data...just a thought.

I am using Totally Ext.net Controls.. not Even single Asp.net control..
Problem is that When I can run my Project at that time first login page is their, after login My homepage is Display.that is totally created using Ext.net Controls... But it will take too much of time to loading the home page after that menu is there if i am clicking on menu and page will be display this process also take too much of time..

That's pretty unusual. Tough to suggest without watching the code and you can't post the whole app here. You can temporarily block initial data loads after login just to check if this issue relates to Ext.Net control's rendering time or you need to optimize initial data loading in your pages.

I got some conclusion.... I will try to run my Project on Google Chrome.. It will run properly... no speed issue n all...

May be Ext.net using HTML 5 and all latest functionality...
and Firefox 6 onwards version is not more Compatible with that...
