I want to know if there are a different control with pagging that DataView and GridPanel to represent the contents of a Store?

On the other hand, it is posible to put into a template(Data View) some Ext controls?

Unfortunately, DataView doesn't support controls
Can you provide more details why do you need such combination (view + controls)?

Generally speaking, no.

It would be too hard to implement and we would recommend to avoid it.
