Binding Address Type Combo with Address Details

Hi,

I have the following code in MVC

In there I have a form with a section for Address Details, but I can have multiple address using a address type combo, so when the user select for example address type "HOME" then the HOME address details is displayed in the fields... that actually is working now with the code in the link. But I don't know how to make it bindable so If the user select any address type and then edit the details the changes are commited to the datastore but not saved until I save the complete form.

Hope someone can help me! I would appreciate so much that help... im practically a beginner in Ext.NET but I like it a lot and I want to master it.
