I think it's not a bug because RowEditor should be floating. I guess a RowEditor plugin creator made it floating not without purpose:)

K. But the problem is if I don't set 'Floating=false', my asp menu is overlapped by RowEditor. (z-index for menu has a greater value than 0). Please check the screenshot attached.
