Issue with tooltip in gridpanel

Hi

I have an issue with missing cell tooltips in the lockinggridpanel
Lock columns does not show any tooltip, and in unlocked columns tooltip is working

You can easily reproduce by taking the showTip javascripts from ToolTips/GridPanel_Cell_Tooltip sample and add it to the Miscellaneous/LockingGridView sample

You also need to add an id to the store object in lockingGridView sample :)
