    Strange behavior with Window control

I have a web form that displays notes from a system (in an ASP Gridview). The user then has the ability to sort/filter the gridview. This functionality uses an UpdatePanel to filter/sort the gridview.

I then use an ext.Window control to allow for entry of new notes. This functionality works fine on initial load. As soon as one of the filters are applied, the button event is no longer raised. I have tried using both an ext Button and also a standard asp.net button.

I have also tried removing the code from the ext Window control and it works fine.

    Any suggestions??
