x-hidden Help

Hi

I've got an ElementMenuItem that has a target of a x-hidden element which when clicked shows a panel. On the Panel there is a save button. When the user clicks the save button the Panel must be hidden again. At the moment the only way it dissapears, is if I click on any other place on the screen.

How can I get it to hide on click of the save button
