REV 3544 withbroken TabStrip Panels

Hi, i ve downloaded the REV 3544 from ths SVN, and when i compiled the Ext.Net.2008 solution and tested the demos, tabstrip panels stoped working.
I tested in two different machines, both with VS2008 and IE8 with compatibility view.
Here are some images of the steps i followed and the error given.
Hope you can fix this error because my project is full of tabstrip panels!!! (i tested de ExtNet.dll im my project and the tabstrip show same error)
