Just for information:
Community version doesn't include the Unlincensed message (but licensed under the GNU AGPLv3 License)
Pro version requires license key (if it is used outside of a local dev envirnoment). It is not a protection (because source code is available for all), it is for our customers managment system

I found it within a root of zip with Ext.Net.
