What steps should I make to reproduce the issue?

There are two option 1) JawClicking and 2) JawLocking.
When I click on save button of jawclicking control, I got selected values of controls.
But when I click on save button of JawLocking control, I am not getting selected values of controls.

Steps are as follows.
1) Set Doctors/PatientComplaints.aspx as start up page.
2) Run the application.
3) Jaw Clicking Tab Is Active.
4) Select from -- reason of visit (Combobox), Location (Radio Group), Pain Category(CheckBoxGroup).
5) Click on save button, U will see the message box with selected values string.
6) Now Jaw locking tab is active.
7) Select from -- reason of visit (Combobox), Location (Radio Group), Pain Category(CheckBoxGroup).
8) Click on save button, U will not see the selected values in messagebox.

pls go through above steps.
