    [CLOSED] Sencha Touch

    Hi,

Will Coolite consider to implement Sencha Touch as an asp.net component in future?

    Regards,

This is something we are investigating. No time-lines or guarantees, but we are looking into it.

This will certainly skyrocket the use of the coolite framework.

Sencha touch look very promising and together with jquery touch will probably be responsible of the 'death' of mobile specific apps.

I would be very glad i've you take the time to implement some mobile ready controls :)

Any news about your investigations? :)

One the one hand it would be really cool to have a SenchaTouch.NET Framework.
But on the other hand I think you would lose to compatibilty to make SenchaTouch working with PhoneGap and to compile it as native application to any device.

This is IMHO a cool feature I would miss.

Touch 1 and Touch 2 are two entirely different implementations, imo it will be better to wait until the product is more mature

Some time ago Sencha Touch has been sort of merged into Ext JS 6 and now it is available as Ext.NET Mobile Beta.
