[1.0] ToolTip callouts disappearing

Hello,

In the Ext.Net example for ToolTip (/Miscellaneous/ToolTips/Overview/), when you hover over one of the "Callout Tip" boxes, the callout arrow is shown for the tooltip. However if you close the tooltip by moving the mouse away, and hover the mouse over the tooltip again, the callout arrow has disappeared.

The example on the Sencha web site appears to work fine (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/exa...ets/qtips.html).

Hi,

ExtJS online example uses 3.2.1 version
Tooltip anchor is broken in the ExtJS 3.3.0, the bug is opened by ExtJS
