Hello all,

some bugs I found, see examples:

- Checkbox rendering in checkbox selection model (see attached)
- DataView -> Advanced : in ScriptManager A Control with an ID of "DetailsTemplate" has already been initialized.
Please ensure that all Controls have a unique id

- Miscellaneus -> Demo Applications -> Object Browser : events is null or not an object
- Portal -> Deluxe/Simple : invalid argument

The Examples Explorer has been updated and the errors you listed have been fixed, except for the "Object Browser" sample application. That sample is in the explorer, but hidden. We will be reviewing the "Object Browser" at a later time.*
