[FIXED] [V0.6] Ext.onReady script block and MasterPages not combining properly

When the controls are nested within an ASP MasterPage, the cool:ScriptManager is not properly combining the Ext.onReady scripts into one script block.

Pretty sure this is a problem within the method Coolite.Web.UI.WebControl.FindScriptManager.

Need to revise logic to crawl up the NamingContainer/Parent tree to find the cool:ScriptManager.

This issue has been fixed. The fix is included in the latest build.
