[CLOSED] AutoRender="true" Causes all button text to increase in size

I have a button (inside a button group) that is hidden when the page loads, and then when certain changes are made, the button is shown (using App.MyButton.show() in the JavaScript).

This didn't work until I added AutoRender="true" as an attribute to the button. This shows the button - but it also changes the font of every button in the application to be quite large (about 16 points).

EDIT: The same thing happens if I substitute AutoShow="true"

Is there something obvious I'm missing here?

Hard to say what is going wrong. Please provide a test case to reproduce.
