TreeGrid, problem using link

Hi everyone,

i'm working with treegrid, and i need to add link inside the first column.
In particular suppose to have two columns, where in the first one there are First Name and Second name (Bob Lince), and in the second one you have the phone number. So, i want to add link after First+Second name. I've tried to add HTML code after the name , ex :

Bob Lince <a href='url'>Personal WebSite</a>

That works correctly, but when i click the link the browser do nothing (i want bowser open "url" page).
So i ask you some advice.
