Ive been on a project for a little while and they are wanting to upgrade from .net v2 to v4. Of course I will need to upgrade Ext.Net. My question is sould I upgrade now to 1.2 or wait for 2.0?

I think it would be really hard to upgrade from Coolite 0.8 to Ext.Net 2 and it's much-much easier from 0.8 to Ext.Net 1.
In addition, the final Ext.Net 2 release won't be in this or next month.
