But in the buffered view, it may be 1/5 or more. I guess it is also related with the same reason above.
I compared grid with 200 and 500 rows, buffered and not buffered, and scroll bar was the same for buffered and not buffered version

I tried to set the page size much bigger than the actually data amount, it makes no difference.
PagingScroller options manage this behaviour (that scrolller is added to VerticalScroller collection)
