[0.8] Update content with AjaxEvent.

Hi,

I use the release 0.8.2 ...

I need to update an usercontrol content dynamicaly.

In the release 1.0, there is the render function, great !

But is it possible to make the same thing with the previous release ?

I tried with ScriptManager.AddScript(...) but i didn't managed to render coolite controls in javascript ...
