Hi Cris, i attended it in Santa Clara, CA (San Francisco Bay Area).
It's a good opportunity for spreading your network and it is worth you go since it will take place in your city. But in my opinion you can get "the same" results by watching its videos, such: https://vimeo.com/tag:senchacon.

The SenchaCon's agenda (take a look on SESSIONS: http://www.senchacon.com) was larger than SenchaCon 2015 Roadshow's agenda, but the last one is free, so it's worth to go.
