Shockwave Flash Object is inserted Temporarily (Which adds scrollbar for a small period of time)

When I load my Ext.Net Page. It adds following tag before closing tag of body.

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></object>

This is for very small duration, but it creates scrollbar and than this tag (and scrollbar) gets removed.

Is there any reason for this temporary tag generated by ext.net resource manager? How can I avoid scrolling generated due to it. (Can I simply apply style to display none?)

I haven't used any flash object in the Ext.Net page. My Ext.net version is 1.7.
